Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs through architectural improvements and resource utilization strategies
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-native environments
- Implement robust security frameworks including IAM, VPC design, and compliance monitoring
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Provide 24/7 on-call support and incident response for critical cloud services
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for quality assurance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with AWS or GCP certifications
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS) and serverless architectures
- Proven track record of designing secure, scalable cloud solutions
- Experience with cost optimization strategies and cloud billing analysis
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
