Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and IaC principles
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for microservices deployment across multi-cloud environments
- Lead incident response for production systems with SLO-driven monitoring
- Develop automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Research emerging cloud technologies and propose strategic improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure automation
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python/Bash/Go)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of network security principles and zero-trust architectures
- Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with production troubleshooting experience
