Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for microservices using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Optimize cloud costs through architectural reviews and automation tools
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for production systems
- Mentor team members on cloud best practices and emerging technologies
- Automate infrastructure monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Collaborate with security teams to implement robust cloud security frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure automation
- Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
- Certification in AWS/GCP or Kubernetes (e.g., CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Proven ability to optimize cloud costs and performance metrics
