Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Kubernetes
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Optimize cloud costs through resource monitoring, tagging, and architecture improvements
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for production issues
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates and security compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Implement monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Expert-level AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Terraform)
- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (VPC, DNS, load balancing)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS)
- Strong knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Security-focused mindset with experience in implementing security controls
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
