Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Drive the automation of CI/CD pipelines to accelerate feature delivery while ensuring system stability.
- Lead incident response and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex production outages.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in site reliability engineering (SRE).
- Optimize cloud spending through resource monitoring and architectural efficiency analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet).
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
