Responsibilities
- Architect, manage, and scale high-availability cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices.
- Lead incident response protocols and implement robust observability and monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering teams to optimize application performance.
- Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across the organization to ensure consistency.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion a culture of rigorous security and best-in-class coding standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Expert-level proficiency with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong fluency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and scripting purposes.
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, 'automate everything' mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
