Responsibilities
- Oversee complex clinical trials from protocol design through FDA submission
- Manage multidisciplinary research teams including physicians, nurses, and data scientists
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, HIPAA, and institutional regulatory standards
- Develop innovative patient recruitment strategies for diverse populations
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Secure and manage research budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to scientific publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial management experience in oncology or cardiology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise with electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and international guidelines
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with budget development and financial oversight
- Exceptional written communication for regulatory submissions
