Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase II-III clinical trials in cardiovascular medicine
- Lead cross-functional teams including physicians, biostatisticians, and regulatory specialists
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and institutional protocols
- Manage trial budgets exceeding $5M and oversee vendor relationships
- Analyze complex clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior research staff and develop department SOPs
- Present findings at international medical conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years of clinical trial management experience in cardiovascular research
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent
- Proven track record of leading FDA-approved trials
- Expertise in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong statistical analysis skills using SAS or R
- Prior experience with FDA audits and inspections
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
