Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical trial protocols with 15+ investigator sites
- Ensure GCP/FDA compliance while maintaining 100% audit readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams including biostatisticians, data managers, and regulatory affairs
- Manage $2M+ annual research budgets with precise financial oversight
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior staff through formal training programs and shadowing opportunities
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on protocol design and feasibility
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial management experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in electronic data capture systems (Medidata Rave, Veeva)
- Proven success in FDA submissions and regulatory negotiations
- Strong publication record in high-impact medical journals
- Experience managing multi-center international trials
- Advanced proficiency in SAS or R for statistical analysis
