Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of Phase II-III clinical trials ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams including physicians, nurses, and data specialists
- Implement and maintain GCP-compliant documentation systems for patient safety and data integrity
- Develop patient recruitment strategies and maintain ethical consent procedures
- Analyze clinical data and prepare comprehensive regulatory submissions for FDA/IRB approval
- Mentor junior coordinators and conduct site audits for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field with 3+ years clinical trial coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification required
- Demonstrated expertise in oncology or cardiovascular trial protocols
- Advanced proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and regulatory databases
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 312, and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage complex multi-site trials
- Proven track record of successful FDA submissions and audit readiness
