Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee multi-site clinical trials for novel cardiovascular treatments
- Ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance (FDA, GCP, ICH guidelines)
- Manage site relationships and vendor partnerships across 5+ clinical locations
- Analyze complex clinical data and generate comprehensive trial reports
- Mentor junior coordinators and optimize research workflows
- Present findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or Life Sciences (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in cardiology/therapeutics
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proven success in managing Phase II-III trials with 100+ patient cohorts
- Advanced proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and statistical tools
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
