Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols in compliance with FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants with precision and empathy
- Manage complex data collection, analysis, and reporting using REDCap and electronic health records
- Serve as primary liaison between investigative sites, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior research staff and ensure protocol adherence across multiple sites
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain meticulous study documentation
- Present findings at scientific conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Clinical Research with 5+ years of experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in oncology clinical trials and biostatistics
- Strong proficiency in electronic data capture systems and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site studies and complex budgets
- Experience with FDA audits and site initiation visits
- Validated ability to mentor and develop research teams
