Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-site clinical trials ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Manage regulatory documentation and IRB submissions
- Coordinate patient recruitment and retention strategies
- Analyze trial data and prepare regulatory reports
- Mentor junior research coordinators
- Liaise with pharmaceutical sponsors and investigators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field
- 3+ years of oncology trial coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Advanced knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP
- Strong data management and statistical analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
