Responsibilities
- Design and oversee multi-phase clinical trials ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and data scientists
- Manage patient recruitment protocols and ethical consent procedures
- Analyze complex medical data using SAS and R statistical software
- Develop comprehensive trial documentation for FDA submissions
- Maintain real-time trial progress dashboards for stakeholder reporting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health science field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in pharmaceutical or medical device settingsCertified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (EDC) and CTMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 812, and HIPAA regulations
- Experience managing oncology or cardiovascular therapeutic trials preferred
