Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of multi-site clinical trials from protocol design to final report submission
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional policies
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible research participants with diverse demographics
- Coordinate data collection, statistical analysis, and regulatory documentation
- Maintain comprehensive trial documentation in electronic systems (eCRF, REDCap)
- Train and mentor junior research staff on SOPs and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical sponsors and IRB for protocol amendments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field
- 5+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology/cardiology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and 21 CFR compliance
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle ClinTrial)
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multi-center trials
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for patient interactions and stakeholder management
