Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex clinical trials for cardiovascular treatments
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while ensuring protocol compliance
- Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data using REDCap and electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, biostatisticians, and regulatory specialists
- Prepare regulatory submissions and ensure adherence to FDA and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Mentor junior research staff and conduct regular study team meetings
- Present findings at national conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or Life Sciences (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical research coordination experience in cardiology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Proficiency in electronic health records and clinical trial management systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex studies
- Exceptional communication skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
- Experience with statistical analysis software (SAS, R, or SPSS)
