Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage multi-phase clinical trials adhering to FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified participants while maintaining strict protocol compliance
- Coordinate interdisciplinary research teams including physicians, nurses, and data specialists
- Maintain accurate electronic data capture systems and prepare regulatory submissions
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for IRB and sponsor review
- Train junior staff on research methodologies and ethical conduct standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related clinical field
- 5+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology trials
- Current certification as a Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent
- Proficiency in REDCap, ClinTrial, and electronic health record systems
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and protocol management
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement across all levels
