Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols from initiation to closeout, ensuring FDA and ICH-GCP compliance
- Manage site regulatory documentation and maintain IRB submissions
- Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies
- Monitor adverse events and ensure data integrity through EDC systems
- Train and mentor junior research staff on SOPs and study procedures
- Liaise with sponsors, CROs, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Analyze interim data and prepare regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or ACRP certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage complex regulatory documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
