Responsibilities
- Design and execute phase II/III oncology clinical trials per FDA/ICH guidelines
- Manage complex patient recruitment and retention strategies for diverse populations
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and regulatory submissions using Medidata Rave
- Coordinate with IRB, sponsors, and CROs to ensure protocol compliance
- Mentor junior staff and train new researchers on GCP principles
- Present findings at national conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related clinical field
- 5+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology
- Current RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Advanced proficiency in clinical trial management software (e.g., Oracle Clinical)
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-center trials with >100 participants
- Experience with FDA audit preparation and corrective action plans
