Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution including protocol development, site activation, and regulatory compliance
- Manage complex data collection, CRF completion, and ensure FDA/ICH-GCP adherence
- Serve as primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, and IRB for oncology trials
- Mentor junior staff and optimize research workflows through continuous process improvement
- Conduct source data verification and prepare for FDA/auditor inspections
- Implement innovative ePRO systems and remote patient monitoring solutions
- Present findings at national conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field (BSN required)
- 5+ years' experience in oncology clinical trials with proven regulatory compliance track record
- CCRC or ACRP-CP certification required
- Expertise in Medidata Rave and CTMS platforms
- Strong data management skills with SAS or R proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-center trials
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Current CPR/BLS certification
