Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol design to final report submission
- Coordinate multi-site studies with 15+ research centers across the Northeast
- Ensure strict FDA and GCP compliance throughout all trial phases
- Manage complex data collection systems and maintain electronic trial master files
- Lead investigator meetings and provide training to site personnel
- Monitor adverse events and regulatory submissions with precision
- Collaborate with biostatisticians to analyze trial outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in therapeutic areas
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and 21 CFR Part 820
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage concurrent trials
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional research teams
