Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical trial protocols in compliance with FDA and ICH-GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified participants while maintaining ethical research practices
- Monitor trial progress, collect/analyze data, and prepare comprehensive study reports
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, ethics committees, and multidisciplinary research teams
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for clinical projects
- Mentor junior staff and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in therapeutic areas
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical)
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-center trials with 50+ participants
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
