Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams including physicians, nurses, and data specialists
- Manage regulatory documentation and maintain audit-ready trial records
- Analyze complex medical data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Coordinate site activation and ensure seamless patient recruitment
- Train investigators on protocol adherence and ethical research practices
- Oversee trial budgets and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in clinical trial coordination
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification
- Proven expertise in oncology or rare disease trials
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with multi-center international trials preferred
