Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/ICH/GCP compliance
- Manage site activation, regulatory submissions, and ongoing study monitoring
- Recruit and retain diverse patient populations while maintaining ethical standards
- Train and supervise 3+ junior coordinators on research methodologies
- Analyze and report adverse events, ensuring data integrity and quality
- Collaborate with biostatisticians and sponsors on protocol amendments
- Present research findings at national conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Demonstrated success in multi-center trial management
- Strong understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with IRB submissions and FDA audits
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
