Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Manage complex patient recruitment strategies and maintain diverse participant cohorts
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting using REDCap and clinical trial management systems
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams including physicians, statisticians, and regulatory specialists
- Monitor adverse events and ensure accurate safety reporting to IRB and sponsors
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trial budgets and financial documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field with 5+ years' experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or ACRP certification required
- Proven expertise in oncology/immunology clinical trials and biologic therapies
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-center trials with complex protocols
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient advocacy and stakeholder management
- Experience with FDA audits and regulatory compliance documentation
