Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols for cardiovascular studies
- Recruit and screen participants according to IRB guidelines
- Manage data collection using REDCap and Medidata Rave systems
- Monitor adverse events and ensure FDA/ICH-GCP compliance
- Train and supervise 3+ junior research coordinators
- Present findings at national conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- 5+ years experience in clinical trials with cardiovascular focus
- Proficiency in EDC systems and regulatory documentation
- Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Minnesota nursing license preferred
