Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex oncology clinical trial protocols with FDA/ICH compliance
- Oversee site management, recruitment strategies, and data integrity for multi-center studies
- Coordinate with Principal Investigators, IRB, and regulatory bodies for protocol amendments
- Train and mentor junior staff on GCP standards and trial-specific procedures
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for sponsors and ethics committees
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and investigational product logistics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field (BSN with 5+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years of oncology clinical trial coordination experience with phase I-III trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification required
- Expertise in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and regulatory documentation
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
