Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial management including protocol development, site activation, and regulatory compliance
- Recruit and screen participants while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and GCP standards
- Manage complex data collection, quality assurance, and FDA reporting processes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Implement innovative patient engagement strategies to improve trial retention
- Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years clinical research coordination experience with oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and electronic health record systems
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with FDA audits and 1572 maintenance
