Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols for oncology research studies
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Monitor trial progress, manage data integrity, and ensure protocol adherence
- Coordinate with IRB, sponsors, and regulatory bodies for compliance
- Train and mentor junior research staff on GCP standards
- Analyze study data and prepare comprehensive regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Expertise in FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong proficiency in REDCap and clinical trial management systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multi-center trials preferred
