Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol development to final reporting
- Manage regulatory submissions and ensure FDA/ICH-GCP compliance
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and data specialists
- Maintain accurate electronic data capture systems and source documentation
- Monitor patient safety and adverse event reporting protocols
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive study reports for sponsors
- Mentor junior research staff and optimize trial operational workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Demonstrated expertise in FDA/ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical data interpretation
- Exceptional organizational and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Proven track record in managing complex multi-center trials
