Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols in compliance with FDA/ICH-GCP standards
- Manage site recruitment, IRB submissions, and regulatory documentation
- Monitor patient safety and data integrity throughout trial phases
- Coordinate interdisciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Analyze trial data and prepare regulatory submissions for FDA approval
- Mentor junior staff and optimize clinical workflow efficiencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Pharmacology, or related clinical field
- 5+ years of clinical research coordination in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent
- Expertise in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and CTMS platforms
- Proven track record of FDA-compliant trial management
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
