Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols in alignment with FDA/ICH guidelines
- Oversee site management, including vendor relationships and budget allocation
- Lead patient recruitment strategies and maintain ethical trial conduct
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, statisticians, and regulatory experts
- Ensure accurate data collection and prepare FDA submissions
- Mentor junior coordinators and conduct regular site audits
- Present findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Clinical Research required
- 5+ years of clinical research coordination with oncology focus
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification
- Proven experience with FDA audits and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and CTMS platforms
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring research teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical journals preferred
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
