Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical trial protocols ensuring GCP/ICH compliance
- Monitor trial sites globally, verifying data integrity and regulatory adherence
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational challenges
- Analyze clinical data to support FDA submissions and safety reporting
- Mentor junior associates and optimize trial documentation processes
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Life Sciences or related field with 5+ years CRO/pharma experience
- Proven track record in oncology/neurology therapeutic areas
- Advanced proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Certified CRA (ACRP/SoCRA) or equivalent credentials
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
