Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution across multiple international sites
- Conduct site monitoring visits, source document verification, and risk-based audits
- Maintain meticulous CRF data integrity and regulatory documentation
- Lead investigator training and site performance optimization
- Develop and implement clinical trial protocols and SOPs
- Coordinate with CROs and internal stakeholders for seamless trial progression
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years clinical research experience with 2+ years in CRA role
- Certified CRA (ACRP/SoCRA) or equivalent certification
- Deep expertise in oncology/rare disease therapeutic areas
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and CTMS
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills
