Responsibilities
- Design and implement statistical analyses for clinical research studies and operational improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for electronic health records, lab results, and genomic data
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize patient outcomes and treatment efficacy
- Collaborate with physicians and researchers to translate analytical findings into actionable clinical recommendations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and data governance protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-departmental data quality improvement projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of healthcare data analysis experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, R/Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Certification in clinical data management or healthcare analytics (CDISC, CHDA)
- Demonstrated experience with oncology or chronic disease research datasets
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex findings to clinical stakeholders
