Responsibilities
- Design and implement statistical models for clinical trial data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven healthcare solutions
- Create interactive dashboards for real-time patient monitoring systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and FDA regulatory requirements
- Lead data quality initiatives for electronic health record systems
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and clinical leadership
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in healthcare data science
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare setting
- Proficiency in SAS, R, and Python for statistical modeling
- Certification in Clinical Data Management (CCDM) preferred
- Demonstrated expertise with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Strong understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
