Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL processes for healthcare data from EHRs, wearables, and clinical trials
- Develop predictive analytics models for patient risk stratification and treatment efficacy
- Validate data integrity using SAS and SQL to ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Generate executive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories for clinical datasets
- Present findings to FDA and regulatory bodies during submissions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis with clinical trial data
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, and R/Python for statistical modeling
- Certification in clinical data management (e.g., CDISC) or health data analytics
- Deep understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and healthcare data warehousing
- Strong written communication skills for regulatory documentation
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end healthcare analytics projects
