Responsibilities
- Analyze electronic health records (EHR) and clinical trial data using advanced statistical methods
- Develop predictive models for patient risk stratification and treatment outcomes
- Create interactive dashboards for healthcare providers using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven clinical protocols
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and FDA data regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare setting
- Proficiency in SAS, R, and SQL with Python scripting
- Certification in Clinical Data Management (CCDM) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with EHR systems (Epic or Cerner)
- Strong understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for translating data to clinical teams
