Responsibilities
- Design and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and observational studies
- Manage and clean large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL and Python/R
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for clinical decision support
- Validate data integrity and ensure compliance with FDA/ICH-GCP standards
- Collaborate with biostatisticians on manuscript preparation and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize data management workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare/pharma
- Proficiency in SAS, R, and Python with healthcare data libraries
- Certification in Clinical Data Management (CCDM) or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA/GxP compliance requirements
- Experience with REDCap and clinical trial databases
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed medical journals
