Responsibilities
- Design and implement statistical models for clinical trial data analysis using SAS/R/Python
- Validate and clean complex datasets from electronic health records and medical devices
- Generate regulatory-ready clinical reports and data visualizations for FDA submissions
- Collaborate with biostatisticians and medical writers to interpret clinical outcomes
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve research efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, GCP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in clinical data management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare/pharma
- Advanced proficiency in SAS, R, and Python with visualization libraries
- Certification in CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with clinical trial databases (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clintrial)
- Deep understanding of FDA regulatory requirements for clinical research
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to data integrity
- Strong written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
