Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical datasets from electronic health records (EHRs) and medical devices
- Develop statistical models to predict patient outcomes and identify population health trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualization dashboards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and data governance standards
- Present findings to clinical leadership and stakeholders through clear, actionable reports
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in clinical data analysis within healthcare or medical research
- Proficiency in SQL, R/Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in clinical data management (CCDM) or healthcare analytics preferred
- Deep understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, LOINC)
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques for medical data
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for clinical audiences
