Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including MRT corridors, coastal protection systems, and integrated water management facilities
- Apply advanced hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, MIKE) for flood mitigation and sustainable drainage solutions
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with government agencies (LTA, PUB, URA) for regulatory compliance
- Implement BIM workflows for clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and construction documentation
- Develop innovative geotechnical solutions for land reclamation and deep foundation systems
- Conduct feasibility studies and lifecycle cost analyses for infrastructure resilience planning
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence through knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects with 3+ years in Singapore or similar urban environments
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling platforms
- Proven track record in managing projects valued above S$50 million
- Deep understanding of Singapore's BCDA, CPD, and Green Mark requirements
- Strong analytical skills for geotechnical risk assessment and structural optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with public sector experience
- Professional membership in Engineers Singapore (IES) or equivalent body
