Responsibilities
- Lead design and construction oversight for large-scale municipal infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and drainage systems
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable urban development using BIM and GIS technologies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, environmental scientists, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and local municipal regulations
- Conduct site investigations, geotechnical analysis, and feasibility studies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for 10M+ USD projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE license in Texas with 8+ years of infrastructure experience
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Proven track record of delivering DOT and municipal projects
- Strong knowledge of LEED and sustainable design principles
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
