Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale transportation, water resource, and structural infrastructure projects
- Develop innovative solutions for urban development challenges using advanced modeling software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD)
- Manage project lifecycles from feasibility studies through construction oversight
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal engineering standards
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining quality control deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure design and project delivery
- Expertise in transportation or water resource engineering with proven project portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in civil engineering software and BIM methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Texas engineering regulations and permitting processes
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain immediately
- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) preferred
