Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of transportation, water resources, and land development projects
- Lead site analysis, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and professional development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure systems
- Implement BIM/CAD technologies for project delivery and optimization
- Manage client relationships and project budgets from conception to completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license required
- 8+ years of progressive infrastructure design experience
- Expertise in transportation planning, hydraulic modeling, or land development
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD Civil, and hydraulic analysis software
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and municipal permitting processes
- Proven project management with $5M+ budget experience
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification preferred
