Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing complex civil infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, coastal protection systems, and smart water networks
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM tools (Revit, Civil 3D) to optimize material usage and construction efficiency
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (LTA, PUB, URA) to ensure compliance with Singapore's stringent engineering standards
- Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating climate resilience and green infrastructure principles
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications for multi-million dollar contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent international certification
- Expertise in Singaporean infrastructure codes including CP5, SS532, and BC2 requirements
- Proficiency in finite element analysis software (ANSYS, SAP2000) and hydraulic modeling tools
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects (>SGD 50M)
- Strong project management skills with PRINCE2 or PMP certification preferred
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous for regional projects
