Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams using BIM software and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and local municipal regulations
- Conduct site investigations, geotechnical analysis, and feasibility studies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior engineers and implement sustainable design practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure design
- PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit/BIM workflows
- Proven project management with PMP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT standards and FEMA flood mapping
- Experience with large-scale municipal infrastructure projects
