Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, coastal protection systems, and sustainable drainage networks
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) and finite element modeling
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project milestones
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's unique soil conditions
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA) codes and international standards
- Conduct feasibility studies and lifecycle cost analyses for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Master's in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale civil infrastructure projects with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent international qualification
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of delivering projects exceeding SGD 100M in value
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's infrastructure regulations and tender processes
- Strong project management credentials (PMP certification preferred)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
