Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage systems, and site development.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, soil analysis, and geotechnical evaluations to ensure structural integrity.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or Bentley MicroStation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
