Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the design, analysis, and execution of civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, managing client expectations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct detailed site surveys, soil analysis, and structural assessments.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and government bodies to articulate project vision.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and feasibility studies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (MEng/BE).
- Chartered status (ICE) or equivalent professional registration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil infrastructure or construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of UK building codes and local planning regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
